Welding Certificate: Minimum 3G/6G (A welding certificate 3G/6G will be an added advantage).

Job Requirements:
  • 6 days’ work a week

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and weld according to the engineer’s print drawings and specifications.
  • Perform structural welding as per industry standards.
  • Using hand welding and flame-cutting tools/equipment to weld together metal components and part.
  • Completing any other duties, that may be assigned by Superintendent.
  • Ensuring that all activities are undertaken in accordance with all safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource services including manpower sourcing, engagement, and onboarding.
  • Develop, manage and implement HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Monitor deviations and take corrective actions when required.
  • Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances.
  • Manage and handle employee’s records in HR software (Info-Tech).
  • Manage E-leave & E-attendance via HR software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance.
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
  • Process submission of Work Injury, Maternity leave and Government Claims.
  • Preparing all HR letter such as letters of appointment, confirmation, increment, warning letter, termination, notice, etc.
  • Ensure that documentation and authorized signatories are obtained and filed for audit purposes.
  • Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records.
  • MYE management, claim for Levy Waiver, and travel ticket purchase for WP holders.
  • Support in any ad-hoc activities and HR related project as and when required.

  • Follow the work schedule sequence for construction operation.
  • Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.
  • Able to understand construction drawings.
  • Manage and supervises day-to-day work of the site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out.
  • Hands-on works of wet trade/ steel work / hoisting work or any other activity that supporting project.
  • Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
  • Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
  • Allocating work to workers, setting targets and communicating precise instructions.
  • Respond to employee concerns promptly and work with Management to resolve.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
