The Project Engineer/Site Engineer (Building Construction) is responsible for assisting the Project Manager on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project, ensure the project is in good progress and quality, with safety and environmental control.

• Coordinates project works such as A&A works, renovation etc
• Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship
• Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors
• Preparation of Method Of Statement, Sequence of Works and any other technical documents
• Co-ordinate with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants
• Plan & Track the project progress with the help of the Project managers and Supervisors and aligning with the Project Completion Timeline
• Supervise and ensure projects are carried out in accordance to company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications
• Ensuring all site personnel are carrying out works in accordance to statutory compliance & client’s requirements
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Plumbing Specialist to join our site operations team. You will be responsible for the full range of plumbing and sanitary works, ensuring all installations meet project standards and safety regulations.

• Expertly install and repair various piping systems, including Copper, PVC, PEX, and Stainless Steel (SS).
• Specialized Underground Works: Execute replacement of damaged underground pipes and handle complex pipe diversion tasks as required.
• Install and repair new plumbing fixtures and sanitary appliances with high precision.
• Accurately estimate required plumbing materials, tools, and fixtures to minimize wastage and ensure project efficiency.
• Proactively assist in general site operations and multi-disciplinary tasks during periods when plumbing works are not active.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or residential plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) drawings is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with BCA SEC(K) or CoreTrade certifications in Plumbing & Sanitary are highly preferred (R1 eligibility).
• Reliable, independent, and a team player with a positive “can-do” attitude towards site work.

  • Tap tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, ensure not to break and hollowness.
